Center Designation
In February 2006, The Perryman Group prepared a report laying
out the economic impact on the state of Kansas and the Kansas
City metropolitan area if the University of Kansas Medical
Center worked to obtain Comprehensive Cancer Center
designation.
Legislative Briefing Book
Distributed in January 2006, The University of Kansas Cancer
Center prepared this briefing book to provide the Kansas
Legislature and statewide stakeholders information on the
planned cancer research, treatment and prevention capabilities
and opportunities offered by the KUCC and its growing network
of state-wide partners.
